Inexpensive temporary flatter $15
Again, quick note,
Was browsing for something else bumped into this, thought it might make a nice starter flatter.
It's not designed to be struck so eventually the eye woudl swell and the handle work loose. but it's a good starter tool for $15
You'd need to take a file or abrasive and soften the edges a bit.
Update: 1.25 wide and 1,.93" tall
So pretty small

Inexpensive starter tongs.
Just a quick note,
I was looking for something else and came across these wolf jaw tongs for about $35.
Picard is one of the better big brands.
Thought I'd share.
